These pages are my attempt to share the perspective I’ve gotten from over 30 years of helping people use technology.  For me the excitement of doing this has never come from the technology itself but from what it can do for those who might use it.  I’ve always been a little lazy, so if there is a way to have some piece of machinery do something for me, I’m all eyes and ears.  This motivates me to continuously search for new and better ways of doing things businesses need done.

There are many reasons why the best technology isn’t always implemented for a given situation.  My great hope is that I can identify and help remove those obstacles so that the human beings involved can focus on their work and not on the tools that help them do it.
